Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas including deep cleaning floors, shampooing carpets, and buffing furniture daily. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request, handle luggage assistance, and manage the shuttle van when needed. Clean public restrooms regularly and remove trash from hallways to maintain guest safety and comfort. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe, efficient operations. Submit daily assignment checklists and turn in keys and sheets to the supervisor at shift end. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
