Part Time Hourly Manager (Franchise)

Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience. Handle labor scheduling and revenue control by meeting shift goals for service, sales, and controlling food and labor costs. Lead crew training and certification while providing timely feedback on shift performance. Execute local store marketing initiatives, act as an LSM Ambassador, and maintain current menu boards and retail cabinets. Oversee housekeeping systems including DOPs, cleanliness scores, QA audits, and Board of Health compliance. Monitor facility maintenance, complete weekly PM checklists, and address lighting and repair issues. This part-time hourly role supports the franchise's growth through consistent operational excellence and team development.
