Job Summary
Conduct nightly audits, balance cash receipts, and prepare deposits while verifying wake-up call requests. Balance daily transactions for hotel and food and beverage revenues, handle guest issues, and transmit reports. Act as the Manager on Duty during night time hours, serving as the first point of contact for guests by answering calls, checking them in and out, and resetting the front office for the morning shift. Attend front office meetings and perform all other duties assigned by a manager or supervisor. Work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hotel night audit experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to assist in all Front Office and Reservation operations
- Ability to maintain organization
- Ability to manage guest concerns
- Prolonged standing
