Job Summary
Greet guests at the entrance and escort them to tables while presenting menus and answering menu questions. Liaise with supervisors to plot reservations, create seating plans, and update the reservation system on dining status. Manage table turnover by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning and stocking washrooms, and ensuring work areas remain organized. Anticipate meal pace to provide proper wait times, direct guests to parking, and offer neighborhood recommendations. Respond immediately to guest comments and concerns, maintaining open communication with all departments to ensure outlet needs are met.
