Job Summary
Greets guests upon arrival, seats them accordingly, and ensures special needs or requests are accommodated. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the front-of-house environment while escalating any guest concerns as necessary. Works closely with kitchen staff and servers to optimize communication and ensure efficient operations. Adheres to safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Requires a flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a food safety certification needed.
