Job Summary
Provide personalized in-home assistance to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, feeding, and mobility. Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands while encouraging their independence. Monitor and document services, wellbeing, and incidents; maintain a safe environment by following proper lifting mechanics and body standards. Collaborate with supervisors and team members while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and families. Requires current Oklahoma Long-Term Care Aide or Home Health Aide certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. One year of CNA experience preferred. Monday through Friday, 4pm to 8pm, $17.50/hour. Daily travel to client homes is required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Long-Term Care Aide and/or Home Health Aide certification
- Current, valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely assist with client mobility
- Daily travel to client homes
