Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care and support for client assessments, reassessments, and caregiver training within a Baltimore metro area home care agency. Responsibilities include conducting initial client assessments in the home, performing routine reassessments and updating care plans, leading caregiver orientation and training sessions, providing clinical guidance to caregiving staff, and maintaining accurate documentation with compliance to home care standards. Requires an active RN license with 2+ years of experience and ability to travel locally for client visits. Flexible schedule with approximately 15–25 hours per week; includes mileage reimbursement and paid time off/sick time.
