Job Summary
Visit geriatric clients in Newton, MA and surrounding areas to conduct assessments. Develop and execute client care plans while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, office, and clinicians. Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff in the field, and facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants. Participate in training new employees and conduct in-services for field staff to ensure exceptional care delivery. This part-time role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours (ideally 24-30) with a base salary of $44-$48 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 or more years of experience as an RN
Desired Qualifications
- Home Care experience
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager
