Job Summary
Part-Time Helpdesk Technician at George Walton Academy. Provides first-line IT support to faculty, staff, and students; handles helpdesk tickets, phone and walk-in requests; assists with configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting end-user devices (Apple iPads/MacBooks, Windows laptops, Chromebooks); maintains classroom AV equipment (interactive displays, projectors, document cameras); provisions and manages basic Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts; creates simple internal knowledge base articles.
