Job Summary
Provide administrative support in a healthcare setting within a professional office environment. Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining employee documents and personnel files; updating and managing client authorizations in company software; auditing client charts, service plans, and progress notes for accuracy; assisting with quality assurance and compliance initiatives; conducting client and employee satisfaction surveys; preparing documentation for state inspections, audits, and licensing reviews; maintaining office records, binders, and administrative files; assisting supervisors with documentation and reporting needs; supporting process improvement and quality initiatives; and performing general administrative and office support duties. Requires high attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to handle confidential information. Flexible daytime hours with approximately 20-25 hours per week in a part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative, office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
