Job Summary
Part-Time Health Education Coordinator at National Capital Treatment & Recovery in Arlington, VA. Facilitate weekly health literacy education groups, assist in updating and improving health literacy curriculum, provide individual support, document patient encounters in the EHR, uphold confidentiality and patient rights, and build collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and community partners. Supports a grant-funded, on-site role spanning residential programs and administrative duties, with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and team collaboration. Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred. 20 hours per week, hourly position limited to 10 months.
