Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service at all times through Lowe’s customer service policies, assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise, operate cash register to process transactions, handle returns/refunds, price-match and verify product information, train and coach associates, monitor security and store safety, manage loading tickets and orders, and ensure efficient checkout coverage and accurate cashier duties while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
