Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service at all times, including assisting customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise; operate the cash register for transactions, returns, and refunds; answer questions and guide customers to products; train and coach associates; ensure store safety and security, monitor stock, price match, and process customer orders and loading tickets; maintain organized register area and assist with opening/closing duties; support the front-end team with flow and coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
