Job Summary
Teach guitar lessons in person at Natomas School of Music on an as-needed basis when regular instructors are unavailable, while also taking on your own regular students based on demand. Set your availability within open hours, prioritizing consistency as both students and staff appreciate it. Maintain strong punctuality and reliable transportation to cover these substitute shifts. This role supports the largest private music school in the Natomas area, which offers individual lessons in over a dozen instruments. Successful candidates must hold a degree in performance, pedagogy, or equivalent experience, along with a demonstrated love of teaching and a robust appreciation for punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- Strong music background evidenced by a degree in performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience
- Demonstrated love of teaching
