Job Summary
Part Time Guest Service Representative / Night Audit (3rd Shift) at WaterWalk Hospitality. Drive guest satisfaction through warm, proactive service; manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and AppFolio coordination for LIVE units; maintain knowledge of property features, rates, and availability; adhere to Wyndham Rewards enrollment goals; perform light laundry duties and coordinate with onsite teams to ensure a safe, organized environment; handle cash & payments with proper security; coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to deliver seamless service for both STAY guests and LIVE residents; weekend availability and overnight schedule (11pm–7am) required. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of front desk, property management, or customer service experience; strong communication, computer literacy (PMS/AppFolio/Opera), and a solutions-oriented approach are essential.
