Job Summary
Collect admission fees and manage gift shop sales while overseeing daily operations of work areas. Provide visitors with information as needed and ensure facilities remain neat, clean, and welcoming. Handle cash transactions and maintain high-quality service standards for patrons. Requires high school diploma, one to two years of customer service experience, and one year with POS systems. Must be available to work weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- 1 year cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be available to work weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
