Job Summary
Part-time Guest Relations Associate at funeral homes and centers responsible for greeting guests with warmth and discretion, guiding attendees, and supporting grieving families. Responsibilities include answering questions, coordinating service details with staff, maintaining a peaceful environment, assisting with seating, floral arrangements, and program distribution, handling inquiries with empathy, operating basic office equipment, and adhering to safety and company policies. Required Qualifications
