Job Summary
Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, and escalate as appropriate within the Global Security Operations Center. Use open-source material to research and assess potential concerns regarding physical security risks for the client. Create detailed reports of incidents using internal systems and write and publish investigation reports to provide situational awareness to management. Collect, evaluate, and disseminate situations relating to CCTV and access control systems to support the safety of client personnel and assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop protocols that drive efficiency and manage crises. Work closely with physical security officers and specialists while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years or more of GSOC experience or equivalent (Emergency Call Center, Alarm Monitoring Center etc.)
- Well versed in current GSOC technologies
- Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours
- Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems
- Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to disseminate information effectively and confidently to individuals, groups, peers, clients, executives, and stakeholders
- Ability to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
