Part Time Groundskeeper (Weekends)

Job Summary
Groundskeeper duties include maintaining exterior areas such as pool and pool deck, marina, and watersports equipment upkeep (non-mechanical); cleaning and upkeep of interior plants, trash management, floor care, and common areas, plus completing work orders and reports, inspecting facilities, and ensuring safety for residents and guests. Requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, willingness to follow safety procedures, and prior 2+ years in groundskeeping/janitorial. Weekend, part-time schedule with on-site requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products
- Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
