Job Summary
Maintain community grounds by mowing lawns, weeding, planting flowers, and removing debris daily. Treat weeds, rake leaves, trim shrubs, spread mulch, and remove damaged tree limbs while ensuring the property remains presentable. Operate various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery safely, and empty trash containers as needed. Perform other lawn care services and special projects as assigned. Must be able to respond to business needs after normal hours and lift at least 25 lbs. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-6 months Previous grounds keeping experience
- 3-6 months Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general grounds maintenance techniques
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
- Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license
