Part-Time Groundskeeper

Check and replace exterior lighting, maintain pools if certified, and physically walk the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform trash out duties in vacated apartments, transfer items to dumpsters, and sweep areas while using a blower to clear sidewalks and breezeways. Assist with make-ready duties, routine maintenance, painting, lock changes, and key duplication as requested by management. Distribute resident communications, clean storage areas, and complete minor service requests. Maintain neat grounds by raking, shoveling, and keeping areas free of loose grass and brush.
