Job Summary
Check and replace exterior lighting, clean and maintain pools if certified, and physically walk the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform trash out duties in vacated apartments, transfer items to dumpsters, and use a blower to clear sidewalks and breezeways. Assist with make-ready duties, routine maintenance, painting, lock changes, and key duplication as requested by the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor. Distribute resident communications and complete minor service requests while keeping grounds neat through raking, sweeping, and shoveling. Requires ability to lift 25 pounds, working knowledge of building maintenance, and regular, prompt attendance.
