Part-Time Groundskeeper

Check and replace exterior lighting, clean and maintain pools if certified, and physically walk the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform trash out duties in vacated apartments, transfer items to dumpsters, and sweep areas. Use a blower to clear sidewalks and breezeways, assist with make-ready duties, and perform routine maintenance as requested by the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor. Complete minor service requests, change locks, distribute resident communications, and keep grounds neat through raking, sweeping, and shoveling. This part-time role supports Crowne Partners' Class-A luxury apartment communities through hands-on groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
