Job Summary
Check and replace exterior lighting, clean and maintain pools if certified, and physically walk the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform trash out duties in vacated apartments, transfer items to dumpsters, and sweep areas while using a blower to clear sidewalks and breezeways. Assist with make-ready duties, routine maintenance, painting, lock changes, and distributing resident communications. Complete minor service requests and keep work areas clean and safe. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift 25 pounds, and willingness to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Previous related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of building maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents employees and prospects
- Ability to think logically and follow standardized procedures
- Ability to get along well with others
