Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, ensuring lawns, flower beds, and common areas remain well-maintained. Remove litter and debris from the property while assisting with property inspections and maintenance projects. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident requests and uphold the community's appearance. This part-time Saturday-Sunday-Monday role at Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station supports our goal of providing a high-quality living experience for residents.
