Job Summary
Rake sand bunkers, repair divots on tees and fairways, perform line trimming, and mow playing surfaces to maintain daily playability. Assist with general course maintenance tasks and follow safety guidelines for equipment operation. Work outdoors in early morning hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with weekend morning availability required. This entry-level seasonal role supports the grounds team in delivering a high-quality golfer experience at BrightView Landscapes, LLC.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work one weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work early morning hours
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to take direction
- Ability to stand for 5 minutes, walk for 2 hours and sit for 30 minutes consecutively
- Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials weighing up to 20 pounds
- Distance carried - 50 feet maximum
- Ability to lift 30-35 lbs
- Ability to push or pull grass into rolls requiring force of up to 20 lbs
- Ability to push/pull, twist, and turn trees with a force of up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to bend at the waist when picking leaves, branches, trimming, mowing, digging trenches, setting forms, and planting
- Ability to wear protective clothing and personal devices: Eye protection, safety vest, gloves, hard hat, ear plugs, long sleeved shirts, and work boots
