Job Summary
Develop a scalable visual design system including typography, color palettes, and reusable assets for city summits. Produce speaker and panel graphics, sponsor banners, and social media posts for LinkedIn, while creating daily email assets updated weeklynight. Deliver all final graphics by 11 PM EST to support 8 AM EST distribution. Manage ad-hoc updates for speaker additions and sponsor changes with same-day turnaround. Maintain design systems in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring organized file delivery and clear version control. Collaborate on pricing structures for branding creative.
Required Qualifications
- Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing clean, modern marketing materials
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong experience designing within Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent typography, layout, and branding skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while creating fresh, engaging designs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver work quickly with minimal revisions
- Excellent written English communication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Canva experience
- Experience supporting conferences, events, or B2B marketing organizations
