Job Summary
Provide comprehensive customer service to golfers by handling phone inquiries, scheduling tee times, greeting guests, and addressing complaints. Perform cashier duties, maintain and prepare golf carts for rental, and collect and clean driving range golf balls. Serve as the primary contact for golfers to provide lessons, coordinate tournaments, and oversee facility schedules. Clean and organize the pro shop, restrooms, and exterior clubhouse areas while conducting inventory assessments of merchandise. This part-time role at Southwinds Golf Club requires a minimum age of 16 and golf background, with up to 25% travel expectations.
