Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage daily office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, while maintaining a ratio of one provider to four support staff. Work Saturdays only with a guaranteed base pay of $106.25 per hour and uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
