Job Summary
Lead small-group and 1:1 reading interventions using provided instructional materials and lesson plans. Assist with the setup, collection, and organization of reading assessment data and student progress monitoring records. Prepare, organize, and maintain reading resources, literacy kits, and classroom materials needed for daily instruction. Work closely with the reading teacher and administrative team to follow prescribed learning plans and track student growth while maintaining a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment that fosters student confidence and engagement. This part-time role (0.2 FTE) involves two mornings per week at Woodstock Elementary School, reporting to the Principal or Reading Teacher.
Required Qualifications
