Job Summary
PART TIME Gallery Associate in Los Angeles responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering exceptional client service and deep product knowledge, conducting gallery/studio tours, and assisting with client relationship management and operational duties. Requires proven showroom/sales or client-facing experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of contemporary design, and a collaborative, high-paced mindset. Schedule is ~3 days per week with occasional weekends/evenings; role based in the Los Angeles gallery; salary from $25/hour. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Proven showroom, sales, or sales assistant experience or similar client-facing role
- Knowledge and interest in contemporary design
- Experience in a business that requires a team to execute the common vision, understands the value of the individual and the team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both digitally and in-person
- Proven ability in a high-paced environment that values consistency, efficiency, and excellence
- Administrative or interior design assistant experience helpful
