Job Summary
Verify prescriptions for safe and accurate dispensing, counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications, and administer injections and provide clinical pharmacy services. Conduct medication reviews, care plans, and prescribing activities where appropriate while collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Sc. Pharm.) or PharmD
- Active registration and licensure with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
