Part-time/Full-time Cook

Stock and maintain a continental breakfast, prepare and serve lunch and evening meals from an approved menu, and ensure all food is properly labeled and stored. Maintain kitchen and storage areas to meet regulatory statutes, contracts, and FDA Food Code guidelines for cleanliness. Deliver food services to Centre clients referred through contracts with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Probation and Pretrial Services, and North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. This role offers flexible hours and hands-on experience in the culinary arts and food service field.
