Job Summary
Fulfillment pick-and-pack associate responsible for accurately processing orders, reading and interpreting work orders to pick, sort, and package printed materials and merchandising kits; ensure quality control by inspecting for flaws or damage; apply shipping labels and packaging to prevent transit damage; conduct cycle counts and assist in stock stowing; operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks; adhere to safety regulations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requires attention to detail, basic computer and scanning proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Located in Smyrna/La Vergne area serving Antioch, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and La Vergne.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or print-production experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning devices or warehouse management software
- Detail-Oriented: Strong reading and critical thinking skills to interpret work orders and ensure 100% order accuracy
- Team Player: Strong oral communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment
