Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's Part Time role responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time. Maintain clean and safe staging areas, operate powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) per certification, assist customers by directing them to the right associates, support inventory accuracy, use the Orders App and SIMS to ensure compliance, and collaborate with leadership to address short picks. Perform audits, locker management, and other administrative tasks with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer service. May take on additional duties as needed to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
