Job Summary
Part Time Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's responsibilities include picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time; maintaining clean and safe staging areas; delivering quality customer service by guiding customers and connecting them with the right associates; operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck); supporting inventory accuracy via the Orders App and SIMS compliance; collaborating with leadership on short-pick resolution; completing audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; reporting safety or theft concerns promptly; and performing any additional duties as needed to support the business.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
