Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders in a Lowe's environment, with safety-forward operations. Operates powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) with certification, maintains inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, participates in audits and locker management, and collaborates with leadership to resolve issues. Delivers customer service by selecting high-quality items, answering questions, linking customers with the right associates, and ensuring clean, organized staging areas. Performs administrative and readiness tasks, supports safety and theft reporting, and may take on additional duties to support business needs. Requires basic computer and retail technology experience; certification is required if not already held. Part-time role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive associate benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets)
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
