Part Time - Fulfillment Associate - Flexible

Job Summary
Assist customers by fulfilling orders in-store, including picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time; operate and maintain powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) following safety requirements; support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks, and complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits and locker management. Emphasizes customer-first service, strong communication and teamwork, and may perform additional duties to support business needs. Requires basic computer skills, familiarity with retail technology, and certification in powered equipment (or ability to obtain), with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a home improvement retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
