Job Summary
Part-time Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time; maintain clean, organized, and safe staging areas; provide customer service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to the right associates; operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow safety requirements; support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks; complete administrative and maintenance tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly; contribute to a customer-first culture with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
