Job Summary
Part Time Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's handles picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with a focus on accuracy and safety. Responsibilities include operating powered equipment with certification (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck), maintaining inventory accuracy via the Orders App and SIMS, assisting customers and coordinating with leadership, performing audits and locker management, and completing administrative and readiness tasks. Requires computer and retail technology experience, plus powered equipment certification; emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a customer-first mindset. May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
