Job Summary
Part Time Fulfillment Associate responsibilities include picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe, delivering quality service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, and directing customers to the right associates when needed. Role requires operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) and adhering to safety requirements. Supports inventory accuracy using the Orders App, SIMS compliance, and collaboration with leadership to resolve short picks. Performs administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, and reports safety or theft concerns promptly. Maintains a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills. May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
