Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and timeliness; maintain clean and safe staging areas; operate powered equipment certifications (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck); support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks; complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits and locker management; provide strong customer service, communication, and teamwork; role may include other duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
