Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate for Lowe's part-time role: pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time; maintain clean, organized, and safe staging areas; deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates. Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) and follow safety requirements. Support inventory accuracy via the Orders App and SIMS, collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks. Perform administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly. Strive for a customer-first approach with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
