Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate (Part Time) at Lowe's: Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time; maintain clean and safe staging areas; provide excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates; operate and maintain powered equipment certification (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) per safety requirements; support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks; perform administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly; maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
