Job Summary
Part-time Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, inspecting and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining staging areas, and delivering high-quality customer service. Operates and maintains certification for powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) in compliance with safety requirements; supports inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; conducts audits, locker management, and follow-ups; collaborates with leadership to resolve short picks; handles administrative tasks and is ready to assist with additional duties as needed. Requires basic computer experience (6 months) and familiarity with common retail technology; certification for powered equipment is required if not already held; high school diploma or GED preferred. Pay range $17.00–$19.05/hour; benefits available for eligible associates.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
