Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate (Part Time) responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time in a Lowe's distribution/fulfillment environment. Duties include maintaining staging areas safely, using the Orders App and SIMS for inventory accuracy, operating certified powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck), assisting customers and associates, completing audits and maintenance tasks, and supporting safety and theft reporting. Requires computer and retail technology experience, plus powered equipment certification. Preferred education is a High school diploma or GED. Location: Saint Charles, MO. Hours are part-time with a flexible schedule; emphasis on teamwork, safety, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
