Job Summary
Part-time Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's focused on picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include operating and maintainingPowered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck; using the Orders App and SIMS for inventory accuracy; assisting customers and directing them to the right associates; completing audits, maintenance, and locker management; reporting safety or theft concerns; achieving daily tasks with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork. May be assigned other duties to support business needs. Qualifications include 6 months of computer and retail tech experience and forklift/order picker/narrow aisle reach truck certification (must be obtained if not already). Preferred qualifications include high school diploma or GED and prior retail or customer service/fulfillment experience in hardware/home improvement sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
