Job Summary
Part-time Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain clean and safe staging areas, operate powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) following safety requirements, support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance, and assist with audits, locker management, and reporting safety or theft concerns. Will collaborate with leadership and other associates to address short picks, provide excellent customer service, and may perform additional duties as needed. Requires computer literacy, retail technology experience, and certification in powered equipment; certification may be obtained if not already in possession. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
