Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate (Part Time) at Lowe's. Responsibilities include picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time; maintaining clean and safe staging areas; delivering quality customer service by guiding customers and connecting them with the right associates; operating and maintaining powered equipment certification (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck); supporting inventory accuracy via the Orders App and SIMS compliance; partnering with leadership to resolve short picks; completing audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and other readiness tasks; reporting safety or theft concerns promptly; and contributing to a customer-first team environment. The role may include additional duties to support business needs and requires 6 months of computer and retail technology experience, as well as forklift certification if not already held.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
