Job Summary
Part Time Fulfillment Associate position focused on picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) per safety rules, supporting inventory accuracy with the Orders App and SIMS compliance, collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks, performing audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and maintaining a clean, organized staging area. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork, delivers high-quality customer service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates, and may be assigned additional duties to support business needs. Requires basic computer use and familiarity with retail technology, plus certification in powered equipment (or ability to obtain).
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
